Helicopter Spins Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Well-Known California Shoreline
A chopper hovering over a crowded California shoreline unexpectedly began spiraling wildly, finally descending rapidly and crashing into a row of palm groves as spectators watched.
Recordings uploaded online capture the chopper commencing to spiral above the shoreline then descending near the border of the coast, where it ends up lodged amidst palms and a set of stairs close to the coastal road.

Emergency responders reported five individuals were rushed to the hospital comprising two who were in the aircraft and were “rescued from the debris” following the crash on Saturday.
Three individuals on the pavement were injured. Details on their injuries were still under review.
